Step 1 : Select File, then Print.

Step 2 : Select printer; \\arpl-5\Hayes from the drop down menu.

Step3: Select Setup to verify that correct Printer is selected.

Step 4: Click on Preferences. Go to tab Paper to select paper size either letter, legal or 11x17.

Step 5: Select OK to close all dialog boxes. Select Print to close the next dialog box.

Step 6: : Select Print to send final configured version of your document to the printer.
