Printing Refund Policy

Printing refunds will be granted if the following conditions apply:

  1. The request is received within 1 business day of the troubled print job.
  2. The actual print job must be returned (if applicable) to the Media Services room for evaluation.
  3. If requesting a refund for a plot, it must be returned to and requested of the person who was working during the failed attempt. No staff member will refund for jobs that were not sent during their shift.
  4. Refunds will not be granted to print / plot jobs there were flawed due to user error. ONLY those jobs whose quality were degraded by faulty equipment.
