Note: All course accounts are created under the S: drive mapping in a subdirectory named courses, using the course name, semester and year to describe the data. For example, shared data for the above listed ARC412 course for the fall 00 term would be located in the subdirectory: S:\courses\ARC412.F00 Faculty and their TA/GA are given full rights to the subdirectory. Data will remain available for one week after grades are submitted to the University. Thereafter, this material will be archived to cd-rom and tape, and removed from the file server. Users are responsible for making personal copies of this material before this time. If a personal back up is not done and the data must be restored, there will be a $35 restoration fee.
