In the Spring of 2004, all classrooms in Hayes Hall were equipped with ED-tech podiums. Access to these podiums is granted after the requesting faculty member attends a podium seminar.
Typically the podium seminars are offered during the first two weeks of the semester, ONLY. You are required to take a podium seminar if you will be teaching or plan on using any of the following rooms, Hayes 108, 132, 201A, 230, 239 during this or any future semester. The seminar is required in order to become acquainted with and obtain a key to access the computing and projection equipment podiums setup in each room. Please also keep in mind that you will need access to the podiums in these rooms if you are going to require students to do any sort of presentation throughout the semester.
If you have already taken the orientation seminars for the podiums, you are not required to take the seminar again. Please feel free to stop by room 201C at your leisure to receive the podium key.
Crosby 301 and all centrally scheduled university-wide classrooms are a separate orientation that must be arranged by contacting ITS on their website: http://its.buffalo.edu.
