There are many options available for course support from the Digital Media Group.

• Course web page (you develop) (storage limit is 200 MB)
• Course web page (class develops) (storage limit is 200 MB)
• Course shared drive storage quotas are as follows:
  • Small course (default): 1GB
  • Medium course: 2 GB
  • Large course: 4 GB
  • Studio course: 10 GB
• Course shared drive materials are archived and removed from the servers 1 week after grades are due.
• Special billing code for printing / plotting / supplies / services rendered by the Media Services Room

To request any of the above options, please print and fill out a Course Options Form.

NOTE: Reservations will not be processed if they have not been submitted through the online course options form. Thank you for your cooperation.
